Lite crm to start your business

What do you like best?

I love the way everything is orginized in Amo. Everything is on own place. It is easy to find out hot CRM works if you have zero experience.

What do you dislike?

The main downside that you still need IT specialist to implenet some functions (like autopayments and so on).

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

amoCRM is quite cheap and offers a great servie to start. Regarding benefits, it is an option to send emails, add custom fields to leads and integrate different services.
