AMILIA - Huge improvement with registration and account management
What do you like best?
There is a lot to like about the AMILIA software but so far the best part has been the attentive customer service and support. They have been amazing. The detailed financial reporting has been a close second.
What do you dislike?
There is always room for improvement, having an online function for attendance of an activity would be first on my wish list.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The onboarding and training is very comprehensive. I had Naomi walk me through the entirety of the program and she helped me with the problems that were unique to our business. These sessions were recorded and sent to me for review later.
The financial reporting is amazing. Creating ledger codes and being able to have complete data on our programs has improved my business planning a ton!
The layout of the store is basic but effective and my customers have really appreciated the ease of use and the ability to fill out our forms once and reuse them for many programs.
The heart of my AMILIA experience has been the people from AMILIA that help along the way. From my initial demo to onboarding, to the daily questions I ask of the support team; every person has been professional, knowledgeable and eager to help. I cannot say enough about the service we have received from them.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The ability to use the client's account to bill for things they use unexpectedly has been a huge help to our business. The way that every service used is billable and stored in their account has streamlined any billing or collecting we have had to do for our programs.
