What do you like best?

I like that it's a user friendly interface. Makes getting around the site more efficient. I can get in and get things done very quickly.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it crashes and I lose some things and have to restart where I was but that is rare

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Makes it really streamlined to collaborate and engage with people who we otherwise wouldn't.
