What do you like best?

I like the assessment page. It is very well organized. The case sheet had all areas that can be accessed. Copy of the previous encounter makes a lot of reproduction easier. The history section has every possible section useful for a doctor. It makes it very unlikely to miss information. The review of system section is very well made.

What do you dislike?

It is very inconvenient that we can't access labs from the assessment. One has to go out to the case sheet and then access labs, it's a lot of clicks.

The template section has a lot of confusing parameters. There is no undo option.

Sometimes the system takes forever to load.

It also crashes a lot and logs out by itself making working with it tedious.

The fonts are very ugly and the color grading strains the eyes

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have the benefit of recording patient charts. I also like the fact that we can use addendum to convey important updates. This way there was a dramatic improvement in the communication process.

It is also very easy to assign the status of a patient. For example, if the patient is in room number 6, I can assign that on it. Further, I can also attribute whether the patient is waiting for turn, already scribed or ready for the doctor. Even the doctor's name is listed along side all this information. This makes it very easy for the overall clinic management. A lot of work is automated and without any confusion.

The alerts that are present after ordering the medication is useful for inadvertent adverse drug interactions.
