What do you like best?
Align has been an essential tool the last year as out business grew and our team dispersed. What started as an accountability tool has grown to be the central meeting and collaboration tool as our small team deals with increasingly complex working relationships and challenges. What I like best about it is the transparency and inclusiveness it brings to our processes, so that we all know where we're excelling and where we can improve and how each member of the team can jump in and help out.
What do you dislike?
Align can do a lot, and for a small team that uses only some of the available tools, the complexity of the interface that comes with all those options can be a bit confusing.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Flattening the organization of the company and creating powerful transparency that creates a good overview and tracks the minutia that each team member is responsible for.
