What do you like best?
The ability to visualize real user monitoring metrics like performance, bounce rates in a dashboard to determine not only the user experience, but helps for troubleshooting application issues. It has also very cool graphics and dashboard that can impress your bosses. Once configured, it is easy to analyze and identify problem areas.
What do you dislike?
The tool could be more intuitive to set up and configure.

We use it to monitor our Global websites going through Akamai. It allows us to have more insight and able to optimize our page accordingly to improve user experience.
