Functionalities are various, dedicated support from the delivery team.
I think the platform is very flexible and powerful that allows us to customize based on each enterprise's actual demand. It is a significant cut in costs and time, at the same time optimize human resources and minimize manual work as well as human errors.
What do you dislike?
We need to adapt from our side in terms of human resources allocation to implement this platform. It is not so easy for our staff to learn the new tool, but the akaBot team already supports us quite nicely to overcome this problem.
