Disappointing

What do you like best?

Choosing Airship is a bit like choosing IBM back in the day - nobody loses their job for choosing the market leader.

What do you dislike?

There is something profoundly wrong, in my opinion with an organisation which says that as a small company you are too small for them and you should look elsewhere - even when they have a free option for small companies. After all, most large companies, particularly in technology started out as a small company (e.g. Apple, Google, Facebook). We have worked with other companies and our size has been no barrier for them engaging with us. Airship is the standout exception.

Main gripe over, the web site isn't very good and I have found it hard to set up the user journeys that I want.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Airship offers the functionality you are likely to need. Perhaps you will have a better experience with their customer service than I have had in which case go ahead and use them. Otherwise, there are alternatives who in my experience are very happy to engage with you.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Keeping our customers engaged. We haven't realised as many benefits as we would like because Airship will not turn on the functionality.
