Excellent app for product managers to prioritize the tasks
What do you like best?
The simplicity in the app for beginners to understand the platform and moving forward with ease, the timeline view helps in creating roadmaps for the next
The integration options in the tool helps in connecting with my Engineering dashboards and my collaboration taks are getting easier.
What do you dislike?
With too many items added to the workspace (over 75), it gets tough to find and navigate to tasks at the bottom; I need to scroll down for the next items to load and then I have to look for the tasks in the bottom.
Export options in Roadmap view can be more than just pdf and csv, also there can be customisation options on timeline view for an easier represenataion on PPTs
Airfocus exposed as APIs would be a good bonus for integration with my organisation's tracking.

If you are a product manager looking for a tool to track your tasks you are handling and prioritizing them, Airfocus is the right option for you.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Problems in prioritizing the tasks as my products have requests coming in from all directions with ambiguous scopes.
With Airfocus it makes my life a lot easier to add the tasks during my reivew meetings, define the value, ROI and impact the tasks would have on the project.
Furthermore the chart view assist me in identifying the quick wins and low value projects, these are the decision points assisting me in defining my roadmaps
Finally the exported reports are useful for me in presenting to external stakeholders, I generally create two workspaces; one for internal consumtion with detailed tasks and another for external consumption and with high level details.
