Great contact management system

What do you like best?

Great for reminding yourself to follow up, as well as for drip campaigns. I definitely wouldn't have followed up with people as reliably if I didn't have the notifications.

What do you dislike?

The email system can only handle a certain amount of email addresses per group email, so, depending on how many people you're emailing, it could take a while.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure to enter email addresses correctly. It is very sensitive to spaces.
