Great analytics and reporting solution for marketing agencies
What do you like best?
AgencyAnalytics is able to combine multiple data sources into your reporting campaigns. This allows you a single report to show how a client's marketing efforts are performing. There are multiple ways to present the data. The reports can then be shared either by saving as a PDF or giving a direct link to the report. The reports can be automated to be sent directly to the client. AgencyAnalytics is a great all-in-one reporting solution that eliminates the needs for manual report creation.
They also recently added the ability to pull data from Google Sheets. This gives the option to display internal data alongside data from traditional sources. This is a great flexibility.
Their technical support is excellent. I mentioned an issue with how countries where displayed on the reports and they fixed in a few days. I have reached out a few other times to figure out how something worked and got a prompt answer.
What do you dislike?
There are only certain data presentation options. It would nice to have other graphical display options or more customization for the ones that are there. However, the current ones still allow great presentation of data.

I compared to similar products but AgencyAnalytics focused on marketing data which is what I was looking for.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I was looking for a solution that would combine multiple data sources but also eliminate the need to do manual work to create marketing reports. I have been able to save a lot of time creating marketing reports which gives me more time for analysis.
The ability to clone or convert existing reports to templates is also an incredible time saver.
