Good blend of CRM and Portfolio Admin functionality, but has limits

What do you like best?

The UI/UX is simple and intuitive. The ease of transitioning from Portfolio Admin view to CRM view helps in bridging the client context to the assets they own. Ability to create custom client fields/data is essential and the product does this well.

What do you dislike?

From a Portfolio Admin perspective, the product does not easily support complex trading instruments. This means processes need to be developed outside of the system and then posted back into the accounts. Also, custom end-user reporting is limited, so you have to develop this outside of the system as well.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Understand the instruments you required to administrate and for the most complex ones, make sure the vendor shows you how the applications support them.
