What do you like best?

The mapping features for this are on par with other programs like eagle and they have extensive libraries for different components

What do you dislike?

I wish they had more tutorials like EAGLE does on youtube

Get more tutorials on youtube or other sites so it is easier to learn.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has made it so I can get PCB's printed for the electronics bay for a rocket, and helped save time and money
