Advanced user of Adrenalin HCMDifferent colour coding for attendance recording is very good. Green - Present, Red - Absent, Light Blue - Week OFF, Yellow - Holiday.
In this, we get to know which day is a holiday just at the start of the year. All the holidays can be seen while marking your attendance, by seeing the Yellow colour. This helps in planning holidays very well.
Other thing is that we get to know whether the leaves have been approved or not just looking at the calendar. Other thing is that, just go to that search panel option and type attendance regularisation details. We'll see the list of the days our leaves have been applied and what leaves or attendance have been approved or not.
This is the best thing I liked with the adrenaline HR management tool. This helps an easy flow with the leaves and attendance in a better way.
Another best thing is that the employee complete details can be seen at just a search of your name away. Just click on the search panel, type your name and click your profile. You will get to see the complete details of that employee.
Other thing that involves is that you can see your employee id, your reporting manager and other details of an employee info at just a glance.
Different segments of rule books, policy, careers, opportunities, learning and development, offers, values in an organised and easy manner. This seems to be a very best part of this HR management tool.

2) Needs re-loading everytime.
3) In accurate tracking of attendance sometimes. ( showed absent on Sunday sometimes, needs to be refreshed.)
4) Too many web pages and links inside that tool. Hence server is very slow.
5) Punch in and Punch out time not visible in the attendance calendar.
Make this tool light by less links. Punch in and Punch out time should be clearly visible by just seeing the attendance calendar.
1) Make different tools for different agencies. This will decrease the buffer time and will make website friendly and smoothly.
2) The shift hours window should be clearly visible in the home page. This will help in tracking the 8.5 hours of window.
