ADRA has the best bank reconciliation solution I have ever used.
What do you like best?
The rules to automatically clear transactions between the bank and GL are customizable and have saved us days at the end of each month-end close.
What do you dislike?
I want to be able to make edits to items after they are imported into the system. For example, sometimes, my import file may have been missing a reference number for one or two items. Currently, I have to redo the import. I understand why this limit is in place, but it would be nice if an admin could override it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We reconcile about 100 bank accounts monthly with over 15000 monthly transactions. We have one person doing all the reconciliations. The auto reconcile feature of ADRA has saved days of work each month and allows that employee time to focus on other priorities.
