Amazing experience with Administrate!
What do you like best?
Course templates offered by Administrate are very helpful. I struggled for around a year coming up with a solid, documented course plan for new hires. Administrate was the start of a great forward movement - all beginning with their templates! These can be customized for different groups of students.
What do you dislike?
Wish their support team would be able to help more with REST API integration. Their API has so many possibilities but I'm not the most savvy with this so just having cURL to test against is a big learning curve.
More focus on developing online training options would be great as well.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It is much easier to monitor progress of new hires in training courses. There are great reporting tools offered by Administrate which help show successes/failures.
A large issue before using Administrative was having a centralized location to hold all internal documentation and resources used by new hires. There are great browsing and link insert options within training - these can be easily kept up to date by the training team.
