What do you like best?

There is absolutely nothing to like. It is a very confusing way to create bills.

What do you dislike?

Where do I begin! The system is not user friendly. I have worked in Legal Billing for over 10 years and have worked with a few billing systems. EA Pro is by far the most complicated system to understand. I don't know if it was the product or the people training, but when you are being shown a new system, they should have a complete knowledge of the system. It was not "cut and dry" training and that is a big part of the problem. I could not follow the training at all and it was a very frustrating when you are trying to learn a system and the trainers do not have a good way of explaining. We actually started learning one system that did not include E-billing and they had to start all over again!!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The firm I work for just converted to Aderant Expert and so far, I do not see any benefits.
