Great Collaborative Tool

What do you like best?

It is easy to manage multi projects within an agency. Active collab easily allows multiple departments to manage tasks for one client, while also deciding what communication is and is not visible to the client.

Additionally, you can easily tag in other members of the team to review your work.

Tasks can be sorted by project, or by due date.

What do you dislike?

Active Collab can be slow with a high volume or projects.

It can be clunky to try and go look back on past tasks that you have closed out.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great option if you have multiple departments who need to collaborate on the same projects.

Ideally set up projects with a name and a project ID # for easy searching.

Preset certain tasks to be not visible to clients.
