Ease of use, result integrity and filesystem compatibility.

What do you dislike?

No direct way to simply repair a partition table when that is the only issue.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I highly recommend this product when dealing with accidental file and filesystem deletions. I have used it only once with broken hardware and was successful in recovering data (the process took a week).

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have been using versions of Active File Recovery since 2012. Most of the time I have used it on corrupted file systems due to accidental formatting of the disk or using unstable filesystem drivers. I have also used it successfully to recover data from a disk that indeed had hardware issues and was not spinning properly.
