Advanced user of Active Backup for BusinessWe LOVE using Synology because it has helped us organize our files and projects as we have a secure backup of all the sites and designs we create! The best part is how we have a daily, weekly, and monthly backup of all the work we are doing. It leaves us with a sense of security that is priceless!
We have had a few instances where we could not connect our Synology service to our servers and it was a bit delayed, but it was always resolved quickly. There are also so many additional services that come with our Synology that are amazing (chat, conferencing, etc.) but we have had occasional pockets were we cannot connect to those services either, but again it is usually resolved in a matter of minutes.
We are solving the issue of having a lot of data and needing a secure place to store all of our files. The company that physically hosts our servers where we host all our websites had a catastrophic failure and everything was lost. Thanks to our backup on our Synology disk station, we were able to bring back up every site we had created. It was literally a lifesaver!
