Easy, simple but extremely repetitive.

What do you like best?

I love how it is simple, u really understand the things u can do; even when u are not so familiarized with many functions. The AB testing in HTML is perfect. The facility to automatized ur communication is pretty formidable. The ux and ui its fine. Actually, i dont receive any deep tutorial. So I've been learning the aplicattion by myself. I consider amazing the talks and workshops that he manage team organized. They provide good information and feedback to improve the way we use the app. I summary, the app is really useful and its a good option to manage my company's communications.

What do you dislike?

I dont understand why don't exist an AB testing functionality for sms. The process of create a query is extremely repetitive. And when there is a case when u have a lot os sms communication; the number of queries is huge and so manualy operative. I dont like that the platafor dont share with u the formulas for its indicators. Because many times i can trust in global number of clicks that the plataform result. I consider this is the lowest point of the app; dont especify those things.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take another tool to measure the sms, i consider acoustic numbers are not so real.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

How i said, the testing AB in html is so useful; it is helping to my team, because whe are on a proccess to experiment with new type of communications. And we need to throw options and find the best to get the more profitable.
