What do you like best?
Amazing solution for organizations to manage their strategic project portfolio. It drives transparency and accountability, which results in accomplishing your goals sooner and with higher quality results. Very intuitive to provide and receive information quickly and robust capabilities for users to develop multiple custom dashboards and follow-up scenarios. I also appreciate that we can access all supporting documentation for a project from one location. However, what I like best is the support the team provides me whenever I need help.
What do you dislike?
There are no downsides to using this tool. We complimented the solution with solid project management methodologies and training to ensure our project managers were well supported. Have a strong implementation plan that considers those key steps.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are spending more time collaborating to resolve the challenges of complex implementations with new technology. Communication has dramatically improved with the status of our weekly strategic projects. We understand the client and finanacial impacts of delays much sooner than before. All leaders get the same information at the same time. We also get much more frequent input from our project managers, saving them much of their valuable time.
