What do you like best?

it's very user friendly, I like that its organized, there is a place for everything and it clearly lays it out for you, the tech support is also amazing, i like that it gives an easy view of the schedule, and i love that i can set tasks for myself, love this feature! i like that it is connected through all medical offices in the area and faxing/communicating between pharmacies is easy

What do you dislike?

its very sensitive, sometimes one touch and you're in a new patient chart, things are very close together so sometimes its easy to open a document or note that you didnt want to or new patient

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

it keeps us organized and everything in one place, no need for multiple softwares
