Amazingly Easy and Amazing Support
What do you like best?
We moved to this platform from Credly and the difference in the easy setup and easy navigation of the site as an issuer and a recipient has been amazing. When I did have any little problem they support team was incredibly responsive, thorough and patient. All support teams can take a lesson from the Accredible support. They have never let me down even if they couldn't do what I wanted they always find a solution that works and makes me feel heard and valued.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that sometimes it takes a day to get a response, but if they had more team members I bet that issue would go away.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't debate just jump. This company has amazing support and the community documentation is very clear and helpful. I have so much praise to give this company. Thank you for making this one aspect of my professional life SO easy.

We have solved the problem of moving from paper certificates to digital ones and we have solved the problem of a horrible and dysfunctional digital badging platform to a smooth and intuitive platform.
