What do you like best?

It is really easy to set up a calendar for jobs that are coming one. It is easy to see them in a clear and concise manner as well. Billing has become so much easier as well.

What do you dislike?

I would like to be able to add a job without a case name and just a deponent name. At times we don't have all of the info, but we work with certain deponents a lot that like working with certain reporters.

Once paperwork has been sent, if there are any changes, it will not let you add the new paperwork in the unless you rename it completely, even if you deleted the old file.

Make sure and take the training courses so you can learn to use it to work with you and your needs.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Billing and Calendar. It is an all in one system. I really like the convenience of that. Being able to create accurate invoices is a must for us, and this really makes it so much easier to make an accurate invoice since the pricing is built into the system. No more guessing on what to charge for rushes.
