Good performance

What do you like best?

We manage huge volumen of notifications per day with a very large targets. The performance of the platform in terms of delivery speed wasn't never a issue.

What do you dislike?

There are some room to improve on the usability of the platform and there are some pains on the push notifications process. Also the reporting wasn't enough for us.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We decided to move to Accengage from our previous platform due our needs in terms of volumen. The main benefits is that we were able to impact a higher number of customers in a shorter period of time
