Good software and amazing staff

What do you like best?

The staff with ABS has always been great to work with. They are extremely open to suggestions and changes to the software and do a good job with updates.

What do you dislike?

Software in a number of ways is behind others in the industry. All the different "components" are ran in different windows and not via the main Evolution app.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great software for managing your laboratory. Users that do a lot of shipping may want something more integrated with the shipping software as well as their web interface is lacking.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We actually no longer use Evolution and shifted to a more robust product
