Advanced user of a la calcThe pricing is excellent because you can pay in batches of 15, 50, 1 year unlimited and 7 years unlimited plans. Just how your frequency goes so you go too. In fact, price per recipe is cheap and you can go for sub recipes. Customizing ingredients is something it helps you do. Sometimes putting them together on your own can be a big mess. Nutrient calculations are another great feature. Considering a big number of people is concerned about what they take into their systems, this feature comes in handy so you know how many calories, and nutrients.
Recipe costing is done in seconds and with all factors included, it doesn't price it so extravagantly. Just reasonably so you recover your initial cost of production and get a good profit margin without the customer feeling extorted.
So many people are having food allergies for instance gluten reaction, protein reaction and such like things. After a customization of ingredients, you will get allergen information and you can show it to your customers in case they need a confirmation just to be sure.
I would not say it is common for them but technical support once took a long time- over 48 hours to respond to us on issues that developed when we wanted to download results from the software. Something that we felt was an inconvenience. It was a single experience. Hoping that they keep up to time.
No second thoughts here. You will love the integration between the recipes, merchandise and costings.
Getting recipe costings and making pricing was such a dreadful task because we could price less due to under costing the recipe. Considering it was a bakery that started from home, no baking school attended, you know how difficult this could be. Such a handy tool. The interface is easy to use and the costing is very accurate. I have had no instances of over costing or under costing. This has made employees master the art of calculations and customization and so far so good.
When an ingredient is out of stock, the software can do a customization and this can save a day of course after agreeing with a client.
