Advanced user of Sabre Red 360Sabre Red 360 is friendlier to new people than the old version. Command Helper tool is incredible. Consolidates all the searches into one app. Combining with ClientBase to store passenger details is very easy.
Need training and cheat sheets to be able to function at the lowest possible level on Sabre, and it's not very easy to amend a query without completely re-doing it.
Make the most of the trainings and modules available online, and if there is anyone in your agency who has experience using Sabre (either the older versions or 360), definitely ask them questions. It becomes second nature when you use it for decades on end, but it is challenging to get the hang of the system as a new user.
Easier to search airline availability all at once on Sabre Red 360 than to go through and look at each airline individually. The fact that flights and car rentals are combinable, passenger details can be entered, and you can search based on seat category. Once you learn how to use it, it's very compact.
