What do you like best?
All of the capabilities. It can look at operational data and financial data. You can hard code parameters and leave them up to the user.
What do you dislike?
Everyone needs a license and they're pretty expensive for someone who just needs access to one report. We've been able to accommodate some of this by distributing the reports but they lose the ability to drill down into the details when we do that.
Lack of securities. We would like to add securities to users, allowing them to only see their own departments.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use SSS and PowerBI almost exclusively to analyze our data. This is really an incredible tool for pulling raw data out of SQL and putting into meaningful reports.
