Rapid process insights, great support team
What do you like best?
Most data analytics and visualisation tools are cumbersome to use and require a huge amount of training for users to get value from it. TrendMiner is easy to get started with and very intuitive to use. Our users are delighted that with only a few clicks and a few seconds, you can combine data that you otherwise would have had to print out or transfer to another tool to see the data in one place.
Usually you are reliant on having specialist people in your own organisation to help you use a tool but, with TrendMiner the support is great and you can gain alot of help by reaching out to the TrendMiner team.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing I really dislike about the tool.

If you are looking for an easy to use, time series analysis tool that you can use to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence, then I strongly recommend that you give it a try.
