What do you like best?

It is convenient to use and we can easily implement machine learning algorithms. They have great customer service.

It is super flexible and user friendly with detailed documentation of their APIs. It definitely decreases your workload by easily extracting data for you from emails, chat, web, etc.

What do you dislike?

It is a bit expensive but given the kind of service and features it offers, I think it's worth it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It provides a great user-interface and is flexible. It also has tutorials to help us get familiar with the platform. It has many models for performing various tasks like text analysis.

At the same time, it is also easy to use and you don't really need to know to code in order to use this platform.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Mainly for text analysis for my project in Machine learning where I need to extract texts and keyword to develop a sentiment analysis application.

I am easily able to extract data and also integrate it with many other software tools like Excel.
