We can upload the many files from many sources at a given time. It is very easy to use.

Most of the labels in this are drag and drop.

What do you dislike?

There are very limited statistical inbuilt functions are provided. To understand the content statistically, we need to uses other tools.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a good tool. Even people how to want to move towards analytics can learn this tool very easily.

We can also visualize the results in it. So overall it is pretty much required while understanding the views of customers.

We use this tool to study the sentiments of the members and update them in our system.
