Advanced user of testRigorThe testRigor product is easy to use. We are able to onboard Junior engineers to use the product with impactful tests, which is something that other products cannot offer. The team behind the product is responsive to requests, turning around enhancements for SMS and phone in a short period of time. Also, the product allows us to mix UI and Rest API tests in the same test case. We find this very useful.
Initially, the User Interface and Reporting was not sophisticated. We had concerns that the front end reflected the back end. We were pleasantly surprised at how powerful the product was, and then testRigor made a UI and Reporting updates that matched the prowess of the backend.
The problems everyone is trying to solve - automate a high percentage of product as quickly as possible. The testRigor product allows us to do that. The machine-based approach allows all-level manual engineers to write complex test cases. With testRigor, hundreds of test cases are created to reduce time, and minimal clean up, providing us with larger coverage quickly. The tests are written in English, for ease of use. We were able to quadruple the number of automated test cases with a minimal investment in time.
