Advanced user of moo.doMoo.do comes of as a surprise. I've been using a number of tools to organize my work (like most people do). I have long form notes stored in Evernote, appointments and events in Google Calendar, Emails in Gmail, tasks and ToDo's in Wunderlist, etc. And Moo.do is a way to combine all of that in one single app. With Moo.do I'm able to connect/import all my favorite tools into a single app and access all organizational stuff and plans from a single interface which is very comfortable.
When you first open up Moo.do it feels, for a lack of a better word, hostile. In the age when all apps try to be as user-friendly as possible, Moo.do tries to remain effective without the additional fluff. What this means is that, for example, instead of simply selecting a date from the calendar interface when creating a task, you create a task with date written in text and if you want to move that task to a different day, you need to edit the text. This sounds and looks rudimentary, but once you get a grip on it, the workflow becomes quite intuitive, especially if you find typing faster than clicking.
Moo.do is a wonderful and very practical tool as long as you're not afraid to jump in and give it little bit of practice.
Moo.do is a wonderful app for centralizing all work-related stuff (tasks, notes, emails) in a single interface. It has become my go-to workstation and a single place from where I can work comfortably. A great thing for keeping concentration and increasing productivity with less of a distraction.
