My One and Only To-do List that is with me at all times and keeps me centered
What do you like best?
Office Otter takes all the communication channels, email, slack, and TEXT! that are used to make requests, assign tasks to me, etc. and detangles and organizes them by urgency into ONE to-do list! It removes the time and energy I used to have to spend to stop and write something down. It saves me from having to recall what was said to me and allows me to focus on my job and duties instead of stopping, losing focus, and then having to scramble and write something down and shift back to the task at hand. With Office Otter, I can send a text, email, or slack to myself when that happens and stay focus and move forward. With the number of tasks and the number of people I manage (100+ at the office 5+ at home), the time it takes for me to get on back on task after being interrupted with a new action item really adds up. Since using Office Otter I can end my days at 5 and end my work week knowing that all my important timely items are completed without anything hanging over my head.
What do you dislike?
I have no complaints so far! Support is amazing and extremely responsive. The Office Otter Team genuinely wants to make this something that people can benefit from. So they take all the feedback and listen and you can genuinely hear how much they care about making a tool that is actually helpful and not overwhelming.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Normally I would have another person who would make a request right as I was writing down the other requests made before. Instructions would get lost in translation because pings would come in like rapid fire. I used to have multiple to-do lists that one list would say " go check this other to-do list"; I was living in a constant state of frantic, worried that the ball would get dropped or I would forget something and doing last minute recons so that no one would notice, but that is all in the past now since using Office Otter!
