What do you like best?

I love to quickly be able to add things to a running list of "to dos" so that I don't forget something. I also have lists by projects so that I can organize all the different things that need to be done for each project. I also like that I can format it as a list or a grid.

What do you dislike?

I wasn't happy that I couldn't add comments and notes to the free version. But the paid version isn't that expensive and worth the extras that you get.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

One of the biggest things I was looking for in a organizational software was just the ability to track things so they didn't fall through the crack. Some of the ones I looked at were too featured. I didn't need something complex. I basically wanted to take a written to do list digital with the ability to add notes/comments. Something simple yet robust like Todoist has helped me achieve that.
