Be careful - I'm finding it impossible to unsubscribe

What do you like best?

As with other agency sites - a good selection of creative images

What do you dislike?

I have found it impossible to unsubscribe from PicJumbo. Links to their "Unsubscribe from Service" go nowhere helpful - only to a page to renew your subscription. No response to emails, online help bot, can't message via FB or Insta - just impossible to get practical help. Having to have my bank block Picjumbo and another undesired annual fee. Very poor experience.
