My User Experience with AkkenCloud
What do you like best?
I like the cloud aspect of the platform. While not seamless, you can access the platform via mobile app or web. There are decent integration options with other platforms and mass upload and export options. AkkenCloud monthly trainings are very helpful, and great for learning new features and tips and tricks for navigating the system easier.
What do you dislike?
Mass email messaging functions are a bit sloppy looking. The formatting is not pretty, and the Outlook add-on is very buggy and unreliable. System logs you out frequently throughout the day. Limited integrations with other platforms. No 24/7 helpdesk support available.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The data migration process took a lot of time and hard work on both sides. I would expect about 3-5 months from the beginning to going live. There may be better options out there depending on your needs and what ATS you are coming from.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
All in one ATS system, having the ability to source, post jobs, onboard candidates, and invoice clients. Data is accessible in real time. Easy sharing data with other users internally. Tagging and grouping are very helpful.
