Records search and storage made simple
What do you like best?
Replaces old age document based sharing. Saves time transferring academic records. Had to connect to customer service a couple of times and they were really helpful.
What do you dislike?
They should a add an feature to access records remotely outside campus and maybe uploading speed can be increased even if they want to charge a bit higher. It's a bit slow compared to Dropbox and Box while uploading.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
To resolve the clutter of paper files and maintaining them over time. School records are easily saved and retrieved. But still some scope for features to be improved.
