What do you like best?

This tool has an interface that is very easy to navigate and easy to receive analysis, it gives me a deeper understanding of an audience or each group, not only based on the information declared. It is the best tool I have found to link your tweets. Audiense has a good reach and facilitates the incorporation of new sources, it is very effective and provides information on the influence of others, a great tool to understand who your audience is.

What do you dislike?

Without major inconveniences, some of its functions can be a bit difficult to find. Collecting information for reports can take a bit of time, I wish the free version had a few more features in addition to the basic reports.

It allows me to get a better idea of where my clients are, their gender and their interests. We use Audiense to help our clients discover their own audience and that of the competition, it has allowed me to direct my materials to my audience in a very efficient and fluid way.
