Advanced user of FammioI love the combination of two features: brand monitoring (we're tracking our company's mentions in social media. It's a good thing for a quick fight against negativity in the comments, or a quick catching leads for a demo. For example, if someone is asking how to use our tools or seeking for some advice regarding how the tools work) and as results of the first feature, another feature we love - lead generation (we engage a lot of leads from socials that convert into clients much better).
I think it would be great if the Topic influencers tab had more filters. For example, filter by country or amount of posts. This will make analyzing found results easier.
