Advanced user of SocialGestThis is hard because I dislike the app more than I like it so it is hard to say what I like best about it. But if I had to say anything it would be that you can connect most of your social media posts and analyze each post to get your insights and how that post is performing and know what your audience is liking so you can do more of that content. Something else that's different from other social media scheduler apps is that you can do pdf. forms on there and get the analytics from it that is really helpful in building documents.
When I first came on to the platform it asked your language, I put it in English but it kept giving me Spanish so it was hard to set up. It's like it wanted to revert to Spanish and not give me English until I came to the main platform. You have to get through the setup portion to get the language you request.... well that is what happened for me and I didn't like that. Another thing I don't like is that the whole page seems confusing and convoluted. Not very clear as to what they do or where to go. It doesn't make it easy to use.
Use the help button if you have questions but It is really hard to use when the language keeps changing. So if you don't speak Spanish and don't want to google everything then this is not for you. It is a pain in the butt to use and it drives me mad. I couldn't use this to the fullest because every time I do something it reverted to Spanish which in turn turned me off of using this.
It is a one-stop-shop for certain things such as using multiple social media to schedule posts, get insights for keeping track of how you're doing. The best benefit is the pdf. metrics report. I haven't seen this anywhere else so having this as an option is really great being that I use a lot of pdf. forms for my clients and audience. You can also have your team on here however Im a one-woman business so I don't use that function.
