What do you like best?
The programme allows smooth import of models from several CAD software (more types coming). Input of wind data and model orientation is simple, and it is thus quick to start a simulation. The computing time is short, even for big models, thanks to cloud computing. E-mail alert when finished. Output is illustrative, and useful for presentations to laymen customers.
What do you dislike?
The output is shown for 4 levels, but only in X/Y plane, which makes 3D analysis difficult. I also miss a simple cost-free model test before starting the simulations, and an estimate or progress bar. Currently (expected development?): no indication of turbulence, limited options for direction arrows, and no/limited possibilities to pick X/Y/Z planes or 3D-views for output.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Urban climate studies. Wind problems are well recognized in high-dense planning, and may be quickly addressed through IngridCloud (though not a complete thermal comfort analysis).
