What do you like best?
I love how user-friendly it is! It saves me SO much time and energy! It's a stress-free go-to for almost every one of my shipments. Having to use other carrier's websites takes three to four times longer than Freightview.
What do you dislike?
I wouldn't say there's anything that I dislike. I have noticed that I'm not getting as many time-critical options in FreightView as if I book through the actual freight carrier's site. I understand that my pricing comes directly from each of my carriers in FreightView, but I wish I were getting all of the available shipment options too. Maybe there is a way that someone can address this issue soon.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learning a new system is usually challenging but, Freightview is set up to be extremely user-friendly. This system is SO worth it! It's the quickest and easiest way to get affordable shipping options within a minute. They have an amazing customer service team that can assist you in any way necessary.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I've recently discovered that you can keep track of your invoices and freight payments via the Audit tool. This has already proven extremely useful for me! I love that you can also go back and revise the details, add a note, etc.. It's definitely helping me keep up with my past invoices and view my past spending, etc.. I love this feature!
