What do you like best?
The analytics portion is valuable however it is laggy running reports and they are inconsistent
What do you dislike?
Support is terrible. It constantly has bugs, presets cause issues, known issues persist too long, support has no idea what you are talking about 90% of the time. We have developed workarounds to get it to work correctly. There is potential. However, the current issues are not being addressed promptly, leaving us looking into other options. It has problems with rating packages, and regional rates are almost always wrong, which causes budgeting to be an issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not expect them to support you. Get familiar with the self help and google issues for forum support. Do not email them for help they will not answer you. If your system is not working uninstall and reinstall shipstation connect, clear cache and cookies and pray. Never set presets they will cause your whole label batch to print wrong and you will be charged the wrong postal rate. Do not use multiple shippers in one batch it cannot compute. You must print priority separate from first class mail.

We ship things. It works with our eCommerce business to fulfill orders, and we also use some of the analytics features on items sold through our website.
