What do you like best?

Easy and fast in deployment. The AI part, CookiePedia , One Trust University and myOnetrust play important role to assist in deployment capability for implementation team. The support online also provide assistance online 24 hours and normally all the ticket get follow up and support. In the customize template for Assessment Automation were very helpful in getting the job done in such a big organization like our customer.

What do you dislike?

Language Support for Thai Language as one of the language options but at least the platform support in some template and customize. The language is very important in getting into the Government Organization deployment.

The vendor risk management that if OneTrust would have the local team that could assist in follow up the request for domestic market. If customer would require this vendor assessment as part of the vendor compliance and selection . SLA of the assessment and the work need to be more reflect in the local market than the global outreach.

The maintenance that reflect the continuous development and the new feature introduce to the platform are quite frequency happen. Even if we did not experience the interrupt of the service as this normally happen of the office hours of the customer. The information about this update interruption would be very much appreciate if it would send only to admin and the email might also be the good option in inform this.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Cookie Compliance and process in categorize cookie assist the customer in clear up the cookie that embedded in the system and cleaning the cookies that unknown in the system. The DSAR also could assist in tracking and manage the customer request and control the integrity of the task handling by the DPO staff.
