What do you like best?

The ease of adding in the simple email connector the the backup application is amazing. It's literally as simple as adding the backupradar email into your existing app's notifications.

What do you dislike?

It's setup is very manual, especially upkeep and manual overrides for missed items or when email is down.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Set up the automated reports ASAP. It may take a while to initially set it up, but once you do, the reports look amazing and very intuitive for clients.
