The best tool for keeping track of ranking fluctuations

What do you like best?

The UX and ease of use. It's so easy to look at how our websites are doing on a grand scale.

What do you dislike?

The simplicity of the UX can sometimes be taken to an extreme. I wish there were other features, such as filtering keywords by geolocation.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure to track the performance of your competitors.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Rather than use it to solve problems, we use RankTrackr to identify potential problems. It's more of a diagnostic tool. If there's a significant decrease in rankings, then we look at our sites to see what the issue is.
