What do you like best?

Bing Webmaster tools does its best with explaining the terms and to users along with the ease of navigation through the dashboard. Very simple to use even for first timers. If you are using Google Search Console, then you should be using Bing Webmaster Tools as it is the equivalent for this search engine. We know that Google is the major search engine that people use but you cannot forget about Bing and optimizing for that search engine.

What do you dislike?

At times logging in and user management has been troublesome. Not being able to log-in to the appropriate account and not being able to distinguish which account you would like to log-in. Other than that, there are few dislikes or issues we face using Bing webmaster tool.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

My advice would be to use Bing Webmaster Tools for all of your sites. It is essentially the equivalent to Google Search Console in which you can gather additional data on your site, see its search performance, along with gather data for SEO. Definitely recommend for all web developers and SEO specialists.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving quite a bit of problems using Bing Webmaster Tools. Along with other site audit tools, we use Bing to confirm and to analyze the data from other tools. Also, looking at the SEO portion of Bing Webmaster Tools gives us insightful information on what we can improve and additional data. Always trying to improve our position on a different search engine than the major one (Google). It helps us with our SEO strategy and on-page content based off of Keyword Research that is provided by Bing WebMaster Tools.
